Carmen Everett Parisi was arrested at about 12:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, for an incident that happened at Troupe429, located at 3 Wall St. in Norwalk, on Friday, Sept. 23, according to the Norwalk Police Department.
Parisi was charged with two counts of third-degree assault and held on $75,000 bond, authorities said.
Police said investigators reviewed footage from inside the bar and attempted to get sworn statements from the two victims.
"Video footage from the body-worn, on-the-scene body cameras show no findings of any racial, religious, ethnic, or sexual orientation (RRES) language or indication of any anti-LGBTQ motivation associated with the assault," the Norwalk Police Department said in the announcement.
Authorities asked anyone with further information about the incident to call police at 203-854-3111.
